Can I modify my order after placing it?

If the order has not been shipped, you can contact customer service to try to modify the product, address or delivery information. If the order has already been shipped, it usually cannot be modified, or it needs to be confirmed by the logistics company. Please make sure your name, address, postcode and phone number are correct when placing the order.
