Can I cancel my order after placing it?

If the order has not been shipped, you can contact customer service to request cancellation. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled directly. You may apply according to our return policy after receiving the goods. Please note: software authorization, Token, subscription, customized products and activated products usually cannot be cancelled or refunded.
