The widget is loaded from code.tidio.co only after you enable live-chat support. Once active, Tidio may use its own cookies and local storage to recognise the chat session and retain the conversation. Tidio may process data outside the EU/EEA using appropriate transfer safeguards.
No optional script is loaded before you consent. If live-chat support remains disabled, Tidio does not create cookies through this shop.
Managing and withdrawing consent
On your first visit, you can reject all optional cookies, accept all optional cookies or choose by category. Your decision is stored for up to 12 months. We will ask again when it expires or when this policy changes materially.
Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. When live-chat support is switched off, we remove the script and chat-related entries accessible on this domain, then reload the page so the service is no longer running. Data held on Tidio's own domain must be removed through your browser or directly with Tidio.
