Important notes about tax, customs and support

Warehouse and after-sales

Our company is based in China. Packages may ship from Shenzhen or Hong Kong.
EU/UK warehouses are warehouses only, not our after-sales or maintenance sites. Contact our customer service directly.
Other authorised dealer websites may not be able to provide after-sales support for purchases made through this store.

Freight, VAT and customs

Freight paid at checkout covers transport to the destination. It does not automatically include tax or VAT.
A lower declaration can reduce tax but does not guarantee zero tax. Check your country’s tariff threshold and import policy.
We can help with clearance questions, but customers remain responsible for understanding local tax rules.

If a parcel is delayed

Please contact us immediately during delivery or customs clearance. Shipping records are usually kept for up to 3 months. If your parcel has not arrived within one month, contact us so we can investigate while records are available.

Email support

The maximum shipping time is no more than 3 months. Delivery estimates are influenced by carrier operations, customs handling and your destination.

Timing in context

What can move the delivery date?

We normally prepare paid orders within 2 days. The final handover depends on the route, destination and conditions below.

Destination

Remote areas and remote countries can add 1–2 days and may require an additional shipping charge.

Stock status

After payment, we normally arrange shipment within 2 days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will work to dispatch it as soon as possible.

Weather & holidays

Severe weather and festival holidays can affect carrier schedules and extend the delivery window.
